Place was pleasant and absolutely fabulous, enjoyed the stay.
Its location was amazing, close enough to the steakhouse round the corner from the guesthouse walk in, the railway station and Promenades and the shops and the beach.

Everything was lovely and the rooms were airy. The breakfast had a good choice of options and cereals and yoghourt were perfect. Its location within easy walking distance of Sussex Recreation Ground was brilliant.

The breakfast had a lot of food like cereals and yogurt. Thanks to the pretty friendly staff, I had a tastefully decorated double room. - the hotel was situated in a very central location close to pubs.

Convenient location near restaurants and shops, making it easy to grab a meal or stroll around 🍴. They offer dairy-free milk for breakfast.

Enjoyed a comfortable, quiet double room in a small guest house with welcoming hosts.
Parking could be a problem if you arrive early, but this would equally apply to other establishments in the area.

I like the Comat for it private and spacious room, the cleanlessness and the fact the staff were friendly and accommodating.
This is not a complaint but to let you aware that the shower cubicle was a tiny too small. It was not spacious enough for me to have a shower without banging on the sides or bending down to wash my feet. A larger person than myyself would find it more difficult to enjoy their shower.

The Comat is a very nice small hotel/B&B.We stayed in the Superior Family Room, which was very comfortable & clean..Great Location & a very nice, freshly cooked breakfast.
The images of the room that we stayed in indicated that there is a four poster bed, however there wasn't when we stayed......not a problem at all for us, but it is worth checking if that is important to you.

The Comat is very attractive and homely and the owners are lovely, I took my teenage daughter and 4 year old son and they were made welcome too. The cleanliness is second to none and the facilities were very good. The room was very well appointed and had everything we could need. The breakfast choice was very good and we enjoyed a nicely presented, well cooked breakfast. All in all a good stay and we would definitely come again.

The Comat is a lovely, friendly place. My room was spotless. There was such a lovely fresh smell of the bed clothes and towels, something you don't usually enjoy in a hotel. The hosts were very friendly. Breakfast was included in my rate and was lovely. Free internet access, tv in lounge as well as bedrooms, lounge has a nice relaxing atmosphere.
